Global Hunger

Hunger and malnutrition mainly affect the poorest countries, causing 3.5 million preventable deaths of children under the age of five each year. 963 million people are suffering from hunger – 2 billion suffer from malnourishment. Child & Maternal Health

Everyday, 25,000 Children die from preventable causes, with the majority of deaths taking place in the first year of life due.
