The FH Scholarship Fund opens doors for students ages 15-22 to attend secondary school or vocational training. Our vision is that students will reach their God-given potential, so that they are prepared to lead their families and communities into the future.
FH’s program helps parents see the value in sending children to school. Attendance rates often rise dramatically in the first few years that FH works in a community. But that early success leads to a big barrier.
While primary education may be free, education beyond elementary school requires tuition the families can’t afford. It’s even worse in rural areas where students must go attend boarding school. Our families are willing to contribute something but they can’t afford the entire cost. That’s where FH’s scholarship program fills the gap. The gift of an education doesn’t just bless the individual student. Because they’ve received an education, the students you help will be more likely to encourage their own children to stay in school. Students who receive scholarships from FH can also go on to university-level studies, equipping them to fight spiritual and physical hunger in their own communities.
Your gift will help families provide tuition, books, uniforms, and boarding school fees for students in the various countries where FH works. Help FH transform families and communities with your contribution.
