The following questions allow us to learn more about you, and also about
your writing skills. Good written communication skills are very
important for nearly all of our positions. Please take time to write
formal paragraphs at least 3-5 sentences in length for each essay
question below. We encourage you to utilize standard written English as
if you were writing a paper for school, or a memorandum for work. You
may want to compose your answers off line, then cut and paste them into
