Benjamin Homan became President of Food for the Hungry in March 2001. Prior to joining Food for the Hungry, Homan was vice president at Covenant Theological Seminary in St. Louis.
Previously, he worked with the international ministry of Campus Crusade for Christ and also taught on the faculties of Chaffey College, Biola University, the University of Nebraska and the University of California-Irvine. |
Homan is a summa cum laude graduate of Biola University with a degree in Communication Studies. He is also an alumnus of the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, Washington University and Shanghai Normal College where he studied Organizational Communication, International Affairs and the Mandarin language respectively.
