When Sara visited Rwanda in 2006, her heart was broken by the suffering caused by human sinfulness. Since then, God has been cultivating inside of Sara a fiery passion similar to His – a desire to see justice and mercy invade some of the darkest places on earth. Sara wants to be a part of bringing justice and mercy to Rwanda. “I want to feel the joy of a life of good use,” she says. Sara is putting her life to good use by using her God-given talents to help others in need. By partnering with Food for the Hungry, Sara encourages relationships between American mothers, fathers, sisters and brothers … and Rwandan children who sometimes have no family at all.
