For all works created for the purposes of academic research and dialogue, including presentations for public conferences and papers for scholarly publication, all intellectual property rights, including copyright, rights of publication and distribution, are retained by their author. FH will only use such content for purposes beyond its original intended use with explicit consent from its author. All creative works, including content, design and curriculum developed explicitly for FH programs and their promotion by employees, volunteers and consultants, remains the sole intellectual property of Food for the Hungry.
