Conference Hotel
Accommodations for conference attendees will be provided by the Shilo Inn (http://www.shiloinns.com/Oregon/newberg.html). To reserve a room, call the hotel at 503.537.0303.  State your attendance at the Transformational Development Conference at George Fox University.

The conference rate at Shilo Inn is $69.95, which includes continental breakfast.  If you are interested in sharing a room (and splitting the cost), we ask that you make arrangements on your own with another attendee to share a room.  If you do not know anyone else attending, email us at TDconference@fh.org -- however, we cannot guarantee we'll be able to find someone for you.

Transportation to/from GFU campus: Shilo Inn is located approximately one mile from the GFU campus. Shuttle transportation between the campus and Shilo Inn will be provided by TD Conference organizers at designated times. Attendees may opt to walk between the locations.




Alternative/Budget Accommodations

Option #1: Champoeg State Park

Just 7 miles from George Fox University, Champoeg State Park is an affordable option and an opportunity to embrace some of Oregon’s famed natural landscapes. To check out rates and reserve your campsite, visit www.oregonstateparks.org/park_113.php.

Transportation to/from GFU campus: There will be no shuttle transportation services from the state park to the university campus; you must provide or arrange your own transportation (see map below) . However, if you have a self-contained RV, you may park in any designated lots at GFU.

Option #2: Home-stay

Home-stay options with local families and volunteers are available upon request. This may consist of sleeping bags and air mattresses on the floor. If you are interested in this option, please email TDconference@fh.org.

Transportation to/from GFU campus: Transportation will be provided by the home-stay family.





Airport Transportation: Limited airport pickup and drop-off transportation will be offered to attendees for $10 per trip. If you would like to reserve a spot, please email TDconference@fh.org. We will need your flight information. Please note we are ONLY offering pickup and drop-off at the following designated times.

Designated times for airport pickup (Thu August 14th): 1:00pm, 3:00pm, and 5:00pm.
Designated time for airport drop-off (Sat August 16th): 2:00pm, 4:00pm
