You can transform a child’s life through sponsorship!
Food for the Hungry (FH) has been walking with the world’s most vulnerable people for over five decades and we’ve learned that child sponsorship is one of the most successful ways for vulnerable children, families and entire communities to rise up out of poverty.
That’s because hope matters!
When a child knows that they have you on the other side of the world who cares, it makes all the difference. Having you as a sponsor inspires a child to dream for the future and live out their God-given potential.
You make this transformation possible!
When you sponsor a child through FH, you join a global family of sponsors who are committed to seeing poverty end. Your sponsorship helps that child’s community tackle their biggest obstacles. Through consistent monthly support, letters and prayers—you and your sponsored child build a relationship that makes a lasting difference.
We know this experience will be mutually transformational.
Sponsors like you help meet the children’s most basic needs until their community is ready to graduate. The entire community is self-sustainable and are able to care for their children without our support. We celebrate with them and then intentionally seek out the next community suffering under the heavy weight of poverty.
We hope that you’ll join us as we seek to graduate as many communities and serve as many children as we can through sponsorship.
