Regional Director of Africa

Scott Lout is the Regional Director of Africa at Food for the Hungry (FH) and serves out of a regional field office in Nairobi, Kenya.

Scott joined FH in 2018 as the Regional Director of Africa, where he serves on the Global Leadership Team and supports operations for all African countries FH operates in. Prior to joining FH, Scott spent more than 15 years at World Vision, where he served in multiple roles, including National Director for World Vision Lesotho and National Director of World Vision Democratic Republic of Congo.

Scott earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Public Relations and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Oklahoma State University. He currently lives in Nairobi, Kenya, with his wife and three children.
