I authorize Food for the Hungry (FH) to update the amount of the recurring electronic fund transfers (debits) from my account at the bank or financial institution currently on record and to initiate deposits (credits) for any withdrawals made in error. This authorization to debit or credit my bank account shall be the same as if I had personally signed a check or authorization to FH. This authorization is to remain in full force and effect until FH has received written or verbal notification from me of termination and FH has had a reasonable opportunity to act on it. Discover Your Improved Account Dashboard!



Being a child sponsor is a powerful way to change the life of a child and help raise their community out of poverty. So we’ve made it easier than ever to connect with your sponsored child through your improved Account Dashboard!

From your Account Dashboard, you can impact the life of your sponsored child by:

  • Writing to your sponsored child,
  • Viewing or updating your billing information,
  • Updating your contact information, and
  • Seeing your giving history.

To access your Account Dashboard

  1. Click the Sign-In/Register link at the top right corner of the website.
  2. Enter your email address and password.
  3. Now that you’re signed in, use the menu of options in the left margin to navigate your Account Dashboard.

To reset your password:

  1. Click the Sign-In/Register link.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Click the Forgot link
  4. Check your email inbox and follow the instructions provided to reset your password.

To find your account:

  1. Click the Sign-In/Register link.
  2. Click the “Find my account” link.
  3. Enter your email address, account number or name and address.
  4. Click the Submit button.
  5. Review the results and click the “This is me” button.
  6. Check your email inbox and follow the instructions provided to reset your password.


To write your sponsored child:

  1. Click the Monthly Giving link.
  2. Click the Options button below the child’s photo.
  3. Click Write My Child.
  4. Other options include: make a payment, update billing info, and increase monthly sponsorship rate.

To view your giving transactions or download tax receipts:

  1. Click the Giving History link.
  2. Review the list of transactions.
  3. Click Download Tax Receipts for access to annual giving statements.

To update account information:

  1. Click the Account and Billing link.
  2. Click the blue Edit icon.
  3. Enter new information and click Save.

To update billing information:

  1. Click the Account and Billing link.
  2. Scroll to the Billing section.
  3. Click the blue Edit icon.
  4. Select and alternate payment method or create a new one.
  5. Click the Update Payment button.
