Over the past six months, you have helped us respond to crises all around the world. Whether providing emergency COVID-19 relief to families in Bangladesh, emergency aid following the deadly blast in Beirut, preventing famine in South Sudan, and most recently, responding to the deadly flooding and mudslides in Guatemala – you have been with us every step of the way.

Because of you, stories of redemption are able to be told. Because of you, when disasters strike, Food for the Hungry is able to respond. It’s who we are. We walk with survivors of tragedy and families until they’re able to get back on their feet.

  • But while disaster relief is necessary as we reach out to the most vulnerable around the world, it is costly.
  • And because emergencies can erupt anytime, anywhere, it is our goal to have funding in place well ahead of time to allow us to help as quickly as possible with more supplies, more help, more boots on the ground.
