We’re so grateful for partners who turn compassion into action. See how Movement Mortgage is helping kids in the Dominican Republic to learn and reach for their dreams.

Want to get your workplace involved in reaching out to care for others?

Let Movement Mortgage show you how! They are valued partners of Food for the Hungry in so many ways…

…including hands-on action, like getting their employees involved in packing 2,000 educational kits for girls and boys in the Dominican Republic!

Movement Mortgage has a deep connection with the Dominican Republic, with a special focus on education. And their employees sponsor a total of 142 children there!

Recently, 18 employees and their spouses travelled to the Dominican Republic to meet their sponsored children and see firsthand the difference they’re making in children’s lives.

Jenn Eastman was one of the team who travelled to meet her sponsored child, and says:

“It was really special getting to put an actual face with a name, and getting to communicate even though there’s a language barrier…

“Just being able to explain to her that I showed up to meet her.”

Carla Rodrigues from Food for the Hungry Dominican Republic shares that meeting their sponsors is a special time for the sponsored children too:

“It’s that these kids know that there’s people who think they matter. That people are praying for them, and supporting them, and that they know their sponsors are real and are there with them.

“It’s really important to know you have that support, not just from your community, but from people outside of here who love you and are there for you.”

What a blessing you are, Movement Mortgage. Thank you for your love and commitment!
